Lifestyle Photography.
I like to refer to lifestyle photography as action
portraits, the reason being,
the pictures taken reflect how people actually know and see the subject.
An example a fervant shopper would be photographed on a shopping
expodition, a fisherman would be photographed either while actually fishing
or checking tackle, a gardener would be photographed actually
gardening,
an artist while drawing or painting.
Dependent on your job, interest or hobby the lifestyle photo session can be
indoors at your own home, another location, outdoors or at your place of
employment.
